FootRunner technical support is offered on a strictly per incident pre-paid basis. Note that since FootRunner is essentially a 4D code interpreter, most problems can be traced to 4D coding errors. In order to identify FootRunner errors, you should be prepared to supply the following information in addition to a clear and concise description of the problem:
Your actual FootRunner (4D) code
4D version(s) involved
Operating environment(s) including machine type, configuration, OS, etc.
In addition, since FootRunners execute 4D code, provide a clear description of your database structure. We might require a copy of the entire application and test data to work with.
